They are designed to ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant stay, free from disturbance and with respect for both the property and the environment. We kindly ask you to treat the hotel as you would your own home, showing consideration for fellow guests at all times.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

 

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

• We offer late check-out (12:00) for an additional £20.

 

Guest Information Required

• Address details must be provided when booking.

• We require a copy of a form of ID from the main guest.

• A valid phone number must be provided when booking.

 

Age Policy

• Minimum age: 18

• Maximum age: no age limit

Deposit

• A £10 deposit is required for the front-door fob

• The deposit will be returned in exchange for the fob

Length of Stay
We accept reservations of more than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 90 nights.

Groups
Stag and hen parties are not permitted. Guests arriving for such events will be refused entry at check-in.

 

Pets

Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, but are permitted within the restaurant/bars.

Amendments to Regulations
Hotel management reserves the right to amend these rules when necessary. Any changes will be posted at reception and on the hotel’s website.

Failure or refusal to comply with these regulations may result in termination of your stay, cancellation of your booking contract, and any related financial or legal consequences. In serious cases, where a crime is suspected, the authorities will be notified.
